With strong international experience and contacts, Jon demonstrates a cultural sensitivity and awareness of international requirements. His understanding of cultural norms and expectations enable him to deal with situations appropriately and introduce the right third party experts, where necessary, for the individual and culture in question. Through his role as Chairman of the European Board of our international association, Morison KSI, Jon has personal relationships across 85 countries.
